Why three versions?
The Trainer's version contains the list of competencies for ST1 to ST3 , as well as 1 copy of each form used throughout the Portfolio. This version is available, printed, for £12
The Trainee's ST1 version contains only the list of competencies for the firs year, and copies of ALL the forms needs for each assessment, evaluation, meeting, reflection, and learning events throughout the year. Available for download free, or printed for £18
The Trainee's ST2-3 version contains only the list of competencies for the second and third years of Core training, and copies of ALL the forms needs for each assessment, evaluation, meeting, reflection, and learning events throughout the year. Available for download free, or printed for £18
How do I get a copy?
All the portfolios are available, fully prepared and bound, colour printed on high quality paper from ManchesterPsychiatry: download an Order Form, and send it to us in the post with payment
You can also download the ST1 or ST2/3 versions, which you will need to print on a double sided printer. You also need to download the ST1 or ST2/3 curricula, and insert into section 2 of the portfolio
